Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. One Infinity Shop does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than those listed below. This policy applies to all orders shipped within India, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Statutory Rights & Regional Exceptions

Where local law grants additional rights, those rights are not affected by this policy:

  • European Union: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification. After 14 days, all sales are final.
  • United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. After 14 days, all sales are final.
  • Australia & New Zealand: Under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, customers are entitled to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods.
  • India & United States: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items as described below.
  • Canada: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. Provincial consumer protection laws may grant additional rights.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Send clear photographic evidence to support@oneinfinity.shop. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, please make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@oneinfinity.shop.
