Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (where available). Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

One Infinity Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date.
